
Phoebe has always had a keen interest in the body and movement, having grown up doing gymnastics and dance. She started doing Pilates with her mum and fell in love with how much it helped her core strength and mobility as a runner. She trained in Mat Pilates at Polestar and strives to make movement fun and accessible for everyone. She loves challenging her classes and wants everyone to leave feeling better (physically and mentally) than when they arrived.
When Phoebe is not teaching Pilates she can be found long distance running, cooking vegan food, drinking coffee with a good book, rock climbing, or enjoying a cold pint in a pub with her friends!
