We provide small-group and individual training in a comfortable studio within the premises of the Victoria Park Harriers. Choose from our regular Pilates classes, dedicated courses such as “Back Pain” and “Meno-Strength”, our “Open Studio” sessions or a 1:1 for something more tailored. The studio is purpose equipped for mat classes and resistance-based training. We have 8 spring loaded Towers (Half-Cadillac, which we use for many of our group classes), a Cadillac/Trapeze Table, 2 Reformers, 2 Wunda Chairs and Barrels, plus other small equipment such as balls, rollers, circles and weights.
We provide a professional yet unintimidating environment, especially perfect for beginners or older adults but for everyone who seeks quality instruction in a friendly space. If your preference is for loud/dark/sweaty/club-like fitness studios with luxury cafes and showers, this isn’t us!
