We provide small-group and individual training in a comfortable studio within the premises of the Victoria Park Harriers. Choose from weekly classes, Beginners Courses, workshops, an “Open Studio” session or something more tailored.
The studio is purpose equipped for mat classes and resistance-based training. We have 8 spring loaded Towers (Half-Cadillac, which we use for many of our group classes), a Cadillac/Trapeze Table, 2 Reformers, 2 Wunda Chairs and Barrels, plus other small equipment such as balls, rollers, circles and weights.
We can also provide Strength training in an unintimidating environment; perfect for beginners, older adults or anyone wishing to improve bone density, joint strength or range of movement and to whom working correctly is important. If you want a loud, dark, sweaty environment, this isn’t us! We just teach considered movement in a safe and friendly space. We welcome adults of all ages… our current clients range in age from around 22 to 79!

Brand New to Pilates, or new to our Wall Towers? If you’re new to our studio or new to Pilates, you might want to consider one of our dedicated 4 week Beginner Courses. Mat courses run on Saturdays at 12:00 and Tower courses run on Tuesdays at 19:15. Courses start at regular dates through the year.
