Pilates, Yoga and Movement Training at Victoria Park, East London

We provide small-group classes and and personal training in a comfortable studio within the premises of the Victoria Park Harriers. Choose from our regular Pilates classes, dedicated classes such as “Back Pain Pilates”, our  “Studio Equipment” sessions or a 1:1 for something more tailored.  The studio is purpose equipped for mat and resistance-based training. We have 8 spring loaded Towers (Half-Cadillac, which we use for many of our group classes), a Cadillac/Trapeze Table, 2 Reformers, 2 Wunda Chairs and Barrels, plus other small equipment such as balls, rollers, circles and weights.

We provide a professional yet unintimidating environment at the premises of Victoria Park Harriers, especially perfect for beginners or older adults but ideal for everyone who seeks quality instruction at fair prices. If your preference is for sleek/posh/IG-perfect studios, with high intensity classes and luxury showers, this isn’t us!

  • 2 x Taster Classes for new clients wishing to try group classes – Use the New Customer Sign Up to create a customer account and go to Memberships to purchase. Our Summer 2025 Term runs 21st April to 27th July. Please email before purchasing if you wish to enquire about availability within a specific class before making your purchase. 
  • Brand new to Pilates, or in need of a refresh? Newcomers are welcome in our Beginner/Improver and Open Level classes at any time, or book a 1:1 private session if you want a gentle introduction.
  • Private sessions are available as single sessions (from £75.00) or block bookings (with lovely discounted rates!)
