After making a purchase for our Group Classes (Mat or Tower classes), please then register in advance for what you intend to attend. This secures your place and lets the teacher know to expect you. We have limited capacity, operate on a first come, first served basis and do not guarantee spaces will always be free. A waitlist operates when a class has reached capacity. Please do not turn up to any class without registering for each session in advance
New clients MUST submit a completed Health Questionnaire at least 24 hours before your first session. Admittance will not be permitted without
If you become pregnant, please advise a teacher as soon as possible. Group classes are not suitable as ante-natal classes. Remaining sessions will be re-credited to your account so that you may use the classes once your baby has been delivered and you are given clearance to exercise
All Sessions and Classes purchased must be used by the expiry date or by the end of the course. No carry over to subsequent periods, courses or terms. No refunds or credits will be issued on unused sessions or classes once the expiry date has passed
If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist. If a space then becomes available, you will be emailed and asked to confirm your space within a 3 hour timeframe. You must Confirm your space before attending class. If you don’t confirm, the next client on the Waitlist will be offered the space
Payment for all Sessions, Courses and Classes is to be made in advance by via online payment: either Credit/Debit card or through Paypal. Once a payment is made it cannot be refunded unless the cancellation is instigated by Victoria Park Pilates i.e. we cancel a class
Class Cancellation Policy:
We reserve the right to cancel individual classes where the number of attendees registered is very low, or remove a class in it’s entirety from the timetable
If you need to cancel or reschedule a group Mat or Tower class, you must “Unregister” via your TeamUp account (go to Register for Class) at least 12 hours before the start of the session. The class will be credited onto your account. You may then register for an alternative class, as long as it is within the expiry date of your pack. Unregistering after the cancellation deadline or “no shows” will be lost and you won’t be able to attend an alternate class. No refunds will be given
If you need to cancel a Private Session please do so at least 24 hours in advance of the session starting. You may email or send an SMS/text message for Private Sessions (1:1).
If you need to cancel a Studio Equipment session as part of a course, please let us know via email or SMS as soon as you can. Unfortunately we cannot refund or credit the session back to you as places on the course are very limited.
Occasionally a session/class may be cancelled by Victoria Park Pilates – should this happen, a full credit will be automatically processed back to your account for you to use for an alternate time. You may contact us if you require a refund back to your debit/credit card for the cancelled session/class.
