We aim to offer a variety of Memberships/Class Packs to suit your needs. Please however be aware we are a tiny studio, Founder/Owner run and supported only by our very loyal clients. Our Class Packs do not have very lengthy expiry dates, we can’t be the cheapest* and nor is the timetable extensive. However if you want high quality instruction in a friendly and relaxed environment where we know our clients and their needs, then give us a go!

Brand new to Pilates?
Beginners are very welcome to join any of our weekly scheduled group classes, or you may prefer to book a dedicated 4 Week Beginner Course that will teach you the absolute basics from head to toe.

Beginners Pilates Mat course – £56.00 for 4 weeks
For both complete Beginners and those wanting to understand core movements and good alignment. A great place to start if you’d later like to try our Towers (Half Cadillac) but are new to Pilates. Week one will begin with an introduction to basic mat exercises. By week four, you’ll see how these same movements can evolve and progress, incorporating small and larger equipment to further build awareness, strength and mobility
Beginners Pilates Tower course – £60.00 for 4 weeks
For clients new or unfamiliar with our spring-loaded Wall Towers. You’ll learn how to set up and use a different part of the Tower each week for a variety of exercises that build upon basic movements from Pilates mat. These include the Push-through bar, Rolldown bar, Arm Springs and Leg Springs.

Each class lasts 55 minutes. Class numbers are limited to 8 for your comfort and safety. Mats and all equipment are provided but you may bring your own mat if you prefer. No shoes please – socks or bare feet are fine.

Please note, Courses are non refundable. Sessions booked a part of this course cannot be swapped for other classes on the timetable
For our lowest prices, we offer a variety of recurring Monthly Memberships. Class credits are valid for all group classes. You may also register for “Open Studio” sessions – use one class credit plus pay a £3.00 supplement per session. Not valid for 1:1/2:1 private sessions
These Class Packs can be used for either Studio or Zoom group classes. You may also register for “Open Studio” sessions by using one valid class pack credit and paying an additional £3 supplement per session
Practice using our Reformer, Wunda Chair, Tower and Barrel, plus any other small equipment you like! These “Open Studio” sessions are where our studio doors open for a 90 minute period and equipment is laid out like you might find in a Pilates “Gym”. You can arrive and leave when you wish, as long as it’s between the start and end times of the session. This can mean a shorter 45-50 min session if that suits you better, or stay for the full session. You’ll be self-practicing or alongside another client or two but under close supervision and guidance. We recommend if you are a complete beginner, please attend some of the regular group classes first or book a few private sessions. Capacity is limited and bookings are online in advance only. Please note, these sessions have a 24 hour cancellation window
