Our Courses – Summer 2026 Now on Sale

BEGINNER “MAT” PILATES:

Beginner Mat is aimed at complete Beginners and Beginner+ clients, but also perfect for those returning to exercise after a period of absence.

Exercises will taught on the mat but include a variety of small equipment such as bands, toning circles and balls. Suitable for adults of all ages and most chronic injuries can be accommodated.

Summer 2026 10 Week Courses start on the dates:

  • Monday 20th April 2026 – 9:15am with Phoebe

BACK PAIN PILATES:

Our Back Pain courses help you better manage chronic back and neck pain. You’ll learn a series of low-impact exercises to improve spinal strength and mobility, seeking to address poor posture and balance and unhelpful, habitual movement patterns that can contribute to aches, pains and unnecessary fatigue.

Exercises also consider common causes of back complaints, such as restricted movement in hip joints and shoulders. No prior Pilates experience is needed to join this course – all we ask is that you are free from acute pain at time of attending. Taught by experienced Pilates teachers with advanced training and expertise in back pain management.

Summer 2026 10 Week Courses start on these dates:

  • Thursday 23rd April 2026 – 6:15pm with Emma

Course Guidelines

We ask that you attend the same class each week for the entire duration of the course. If you can’t attend a class, please Unregister in advance by logging into your Customer Account. This automatically lets your teacher know you won’t be able to attend.

In the event you can’t attend a particular week, all course attendees are welcome to do one “make-up” class: This means you may attend a class on the Group Class timetable instead. To do this, Unregister in advance (at least 12 hours) from the relevant week of your course and email us to request a make-up class. A credit will be added onto your customer account. The expiry date of your make-up class will reflect the final date of your course. “No-Shows” won’t be granted a make-up class. Subsequent missed classes cannot be made-up elsewhere, nor do we provide refunds or carry-over to subsequent courses.

Your Health

ALL New clients MUST complete and return a Health Questionnaire at least 24 hours before attending their first group class, course or private session.  This can be filled in and submitted online. The form is secure and confidential.

Cancellation Policy

Classes cancelled as part of a course cannot be refunded or carried over to subsequent courses/terms. See Course Guidelines (above) for details of our Make-up class system.
