Visit our live Schedule to see what’s on offer – click on any class and you’ll be able to purchase the class.

If you’re a new client, you’ll need to create an account to make any purchase. We use a third party booking platform called TeamUp.

We operate a Term/Semester structure with three main terms each year. They have predetermined start and end dates. A new class timetable is published for each term and a range of Membership options will be listed for clients to purchase and then book into classes. Advanced bookings are required and Earlybird discounts are available if you’re quick enough! We also run dedicated short “Courses” – course dates may differ to term dates, but if you book a course with us, start dates will be made clear. In addition to our three main terms, a skeleton timetable of “Summer Holiday Classes” runs through late July/August, before the full timetable resumes for Autumn Term each September.
Term runs w/c 8th Sept to w/e 20th Dec 2025. Bookings Now Open! Choose from one of the following:
“FLEXIBLE MEMBERSHIP”:
A membership with more or fewer class credits. The more you buy, the lower the price per class! Attend classes when you like, between term start and end dates. Term dates are pre-determined and fixed and stated clearly on the Membership when you make a purchase. Unused class credits expire at end of term – no carry over of unused credits to subsequent terms.
Or
“WEEKLY MEMBERSHIP”:
(1 class/Week Membership)
You’ll make a single up-front payment which covers you for the whole term. Term dates are pre-determined and fixed and stated clearly on the Membership when you make a purchase. You’re then awarded one class to use each week at any class of your choice. Failure to attend each week means that week’s class credit is unfortunately lost. i.e. no carry over of unused credits from one week to subsequent weeks (or terms). Our calendar week starts every Monday.
PLEASE NOTE, THE ABOVE MEMBERSHIPS CANNOT BE USED TO ATTEND PRIVATE SESSIONS OR COURSES. THIS INCLUDES OUR BEGINNER & BACK PAIN COURSES
Our short courses run for 6-8 weeks. We ask that you attend the same class each week for the entire duration of the course. If you can’t attend one of the classes, please notify us in advance. Clients are welcome to do one “make-up” class for each course purchased. This means that by prior arrangement (and subject to space), you can attend one of the other weekly classes on our regular timetable instead. If you miss a second or third class as part of your course, these cannot be made-up at other classes, nor do we provide refunds or carry-over to subsequent courses.
BACK PAIN PILATES:
Our Back Pain classes seek to help you manage chronic back and neck pain. Exercises taught will also address common causes of back pain, such as restricted movement in hips and shoulders. Taught by Emma, an experienced Pilates teacher and newly certified Physiotherapist. Class size limited to 8 clients.
BEGINNER PILATES:
Aimed at complete Pilates Beginners, but also perfect for those returning to exercise after a period of absence, or just prefer a slower paced class with detailed instruction on Pilates fundamentals. Exercises will taught on the mat, but will transition to the Tower by the end of the course. Suitable for adults of all ages. Class size limited to 8 clients
