Flexible Strength – Wednesdays @ 9:15am

Join Ellen for her unique blend of Myofascial Training and Pilates, suitable for all ages, genders and levels. Slings Myofascial Training focuses on the interconnected lines of muscles and fascia (connective tissue) that make up the body. We will use a mix of techniques from the Slings repertoire (including spiky balls!) and Pilates-based exercises to train mobility, stability and movement efficiency. Ellen’s classes are inclusive, approachable and fun – everyone is welcome!

Gail has taught yoga since 2010, after training with Triyoga. As an ex-triathlete, she also has 20+ years’ experience in Strength and Conditioning. Her classes seamlessly integrate Performance Science and embodied yoga practice to support intelligent, sustainable movement.

As a committed triathlete who has competed internationally, Gail brings first-hand insight into the mechanics and demands of running, cycling, and swimming. Her classes attract those participating in sports of all manner, seeking strength, resilience, and longevity.

Immerse yourself in the powerful practices of sound healing, breathwork and somatics. Transform your mind and body and rediscover the inner calm and balance your nervous system craves. Expect gentle movement and deep breathing techniques, combined with sound bath vibrations that travel deep within the body, to shift your awareness inwards and reconnect with yourself. Slow Yoga Flow – Sundays @ 10am

Join Rebecca’s Slow Sunday weekly class…

A 75 minute slow flow practice. Expect to move gently with the pace of the breath, with Pranayama and meditation techniques to close. Grounding movement and the perfect start to your Sunday. Classes are always beginners friendly and students new to yoga are always welcome.
