Ellen Leishman
Ellen started doing Pilates as a way to manage back pain caused by a sedentary job and poor posture. She teaches functional movement, focusing on practical, logical and useful movement for everyday life, working with people of all ages and abilities, to include (but not limited to): back pain; pre- and post-natal; older clients and people with conditions such as osteoporosis, hypermobility, arthritis and MS.
Ellen’s classes and 1:1 sessions are inclusive, approachable and fun. She encourages clients to work with precision and control to build strength and flexibility, improve postural imbalances and release tension.
She qualified with Body Control Pilates in 2013 as a Level 3 Pilates teacher and is qualified to teach Matwork, Reformer and other studio equipment from beginner to intermediate level
